Product Highlights
• The Power of Modularity: The Modular PC with its new Dynamic Connection Architecture delivers on-the-go access to desktop applications, data and computing power.
• Connectivity: The Micro Tablet includes the standard PCMCIA and USB support of a typical laptop, enabling the use of a broad range of wired and wireless connectivity cards. The choice of connectivity can vary through the course of the day, over the life of the product, and at different deployment sites. And end users can upgrade the network connectivity at minimal expense at any time during the life of the product.
• Stability: The Modular PC is separate from the Micro Tablet, enabling either part to be replaced, repaired, or upgraded separately in the field by the end user with minimal IT expense.
• Data Input: The resistive touch screen enables easy input with full handwriting recognition and an on-screen Qwerty keyboard. Voice input, wired, and wireless input devices further expand the input.
• Common Docking: The Micro Tablet supports the Modular Computing Dynamic Connection Architecture, a standard interface that enables plug-and-play interoperability with other computing shells and accessories. The unit also provides an external Accessory Docking Connector that supports vehicle mounts and other assemblies (like GPS navigation) that need to interface with the Micro Tablet via USB.

13.5 to 18 Volts DC acceptable input range. Lower input
voltage acceptable if battery charging is not a requirement but may
result in abnormal system behavior.
• When batteries are fully charged and running on sufficient external power, the battery circuit is shut off, enabling longer battery life.
• Unit can run off external power only (no battery) if required.
• Internal batteries are 2200mAh rechargeable, removable Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery pack. Estimated 2 to 2.5 hours battery life (normal mode with 3-cell battery). Battery life will vary depending on product model, configuration, applications, power management settings and features utilized. Recharge time varies depending on usage. Battery may not charge while computer is consuming full power. After a period of time, the battery will lose its ability to perform at maximum capacity and will need to be replaced. This is normal for all batteries. To purchase a new battery pack, see the accessories information that shipped with your computer.
